# MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY ## GPS Analyzer #### Last updated June 25, 2026 Ma ja Sa OÜ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of the people who use GPS Analyzer (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Application handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION. ## SUMMARY - The Application does **not** collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server operated by us. - All GPS tracks, activity logs, and other data you record or import stay on your device. - You stay in control: you can delete your data at any time from within the Application, or by uninstalling it. - Some optional features send data to third-party services only when you choose to use them (for example, displaying map tiles or exporting an activity to an external platform). ## INFORMATION WE COLLECT We do not operate any backend server or cloud storage for the Application, and we do not collect personal information about you. In particular: - We do not require you to create an account with us. - We do not collect your name, email address, or contact details through the Application. - We do not use analytics, advertising, cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies in the Application. The Application works with data that stays on your device, including: - GPS tracks and location history recorded by, or imported from, your GPS logger device or files. - Activity logs, session data, and settings you create within the Application. This data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us. ## HOW YOUR DATA IS USED Your data is processed locally on your device for the sole purpose of providing the Application’s features, such as displaying, analyzing, and managing your GPS tracks and activities. Because the data stays on your device, we do not have access to it. ## THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Some optional features connect to services that are not operated by us. These connections happen only when you use the relevant feature: - **Maps**: To display maps, the Application requests map tiles from a third-party map provider. Such requests may reveal your IP address and the map area you are viewing to that provider. - **Exporting or uploading activities**: If you choose to upload or share an activity (for example, to an external speed-analysis or fitness platform, or via your device’s share sheet), the selected data is sent to that third party under their own terms and privacy policy. - **GPS logger device**: The Application communicates directly with your GPS logger hardware over your local network or Bluetooth. This communication stays between your device and the hardware. - **App stores**: The store from which you download the Application (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) has its own privacy practices that we do not control. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before using features that rely on them. ## FUTURE CHANGES TO DATA HANDLING The Application does not currently include any feature that stores your data on our servers. We may introduce optional cloud features in the future (for example, backup, synchronization, or account-based sharing). If we do: - We will update this Privacy Policy to describe exactly what data is involved and how it is processed. - Any such feature will be **opt-in**, and we will ask for your consent where required by law. - We will not begin collecting or storing your personal data on our servers without first updating this Policy and changing the “Last updated” date below. ## DATA RETENTION We do not store or retain any user data on our servers. We do not retain copies of this data anywhere outside your device. ## DATA DELETION You are in full control of your data and can delete it at any time: - **Delete specific data**: Remove individual GPS logs, activities, or other items through the Application’s interface. - **Delete all data**: Uninstall the Application to permanently remove all data stored on your device. Because we do not collect, store, or retain any user data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete and no separate data-deletion request process is required. If we are ever required to respond to a lawful request, we can only provide information we actually hold — which does not include the GPS or activity data stored locally on your device. ## SECURITY Your data is stored on your device and protected by your device’s own security features (such as your passcode, biometric lock, and the operating system’s app sandboxing). We encourage you to keep your device and its operating system up to date. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security for any data you choose to send to third-party services. ## CHILDREN’S PRIVACY The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Application does not collect personal data, no such information is gathered.
